Cha'Reme L. Campbell
Regional Director
Cha'Reme L. Campbell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in substance abuse and psychiatric mental health treatment. Cha'Reme has served as Director in inpatient, outpatient and residential treatment settings. Cha'Reme prides herself on being an advocate for disenfranchised populations who do not have access to substance abuse and mental health treatment.
Cha'Reme is a graduate of Indiana University, University of Louisville and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health at Freed Hardeman University. As an avid sports lover, in her spare time you can catch her on the basketball court or football field.
Cha'Reme is a proud native of the West End of Louisville, KY and currently resides in Jeffersonville, IN with her daughters Charlie and Meli.
Caitlyn is a University of Cincinnati alumnus, and obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Northern Kentucky University. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Jenifer Brown
Director of Education
Jenifer is a certified elementary school teacher with an MAT from Bellarmine University and a Rank One Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been an educator for 15 years and has experience in all things education including intervention, art, and special education. She is passionate about teaching and the fact that every child can learn if their individual needs are met.
Jenifer is the mother of three amazing adult children and the Grammy to two beautiful grandbabies. Jenifer enjoys spending her free time on her farm with her husband, horses, dogs, and goat. Jenifer is extremely passionate about animal rescue and welfare and owns a small business donating all proceeds to animal rescue.

Dr. Lucretia Starnes
Executive Director
Dr. Lucretia Starnes, DBA, M.Ed., MAOL is the proud mother to three beautiful daughters, Dr. Anticia Alston, Michelle Noel Bolden, LMFT, and Jasmine Huston, Medical Coordinator & Entrepreneur. She is also blessed to be Nana to five wonderful grandchildren, Amareeyah, Sarai, Zion, Raya, and Lennox. Lucretia is a native of California and the 8th child in a family of twelve.
She is the owner of Starnes Educational Consulting, LLC and Starnes Consulting Firm, LLC. Her ability to adjust and adapt was gained from being an Army brat, Navy wife, and Air Force mom. She utilizes her experience in education, manufacturing, healthcare, government, and non-profits for business consulting services. She has developed and facilitated unique training and workshops for many organizations to include Alexandria City Public Schools, Walden University, and George Mason University. Several of her most popular topics include, “Bridging
the Achievement Gap for Boys of Color", “Good Enough for the Work, But Not Worthy of the Title” and “Getting the Best Performance from Employees.”
Dr. Starnes is an eXp Realtor, highly sought-after speaker, and corporate and district trainer. She has served as Ethnic Minority Director for the Kentucky Teachers’ Union, and president of a Habitat for Humanity Affiliate, Walden University’s Divine Nine Alliance, and the Fort Knox Graduate Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of Osceola County Democratic Black Caucus and is a member of Stafford University’s Graduate Steering Committee and serves as an Executive Team Member of Whitfield Entertainment Group. She received Walden University ‘s Leadership Excellence Award in recognition for her leadership, scholarship, mentorship, and community social change
initiatives .

Mackenzie is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in children, trauma, and couples therapy. Ms. Whaley has been a therapist in the field of education for the entirety of her 4-year career. She is a passionate for the fact that every child deserves unconditional positive regard.
In the classroom, and in the therapy office, Ms. Whalley aims to teach her clients the importance of the following words from Ms. Mya Angelou: "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."

Dr. Danielle Bundrent
Director of Medical Services
Dr. Danielle Bundrent is the Executive Director for ASPIRE Day School for the Louisville East location, and the Medical Director for Kentucky Statewide. With over fourteen years of leadership and advanced
practice experience, she is a dedicated Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Bundrent began her collegiate career at Fisk University, Nashville, TN where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts, in English Literature. She went on to earn her Bachelor Science of Nursing from Spalding
University, Louisville, KY in 2009, and Her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Her passion for treating her patients holistically led her to obtain her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post Doctoral certification from the University of Cincinnati, in 2022.
Dr. Bundrent’s professional motto is “To ensure best practice outcomes you must treat the patient medically and emotionally while incorporating the patient’s family and cultural considerations.”
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching football and Formula One racing in her spare time.
